Fellow Abians,our attention has been drawn to a Statement made by Amb.Empire Kanu at the PDP rally held on 23/01/2015 in Umuahia. Its saddening that a man of such high repute could make such statement without weighing the consequences. Its also shameful that Abians will get to know that he did that on his own capacity without the knowledge of his Principal( Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah OON). We wish to use this medium to address this abnormality and let Abians know, 1) That there was no time Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah asked Amb. Empire Kanu to represent his interest in the rally held on the said date. 2) That the ABIA REJOICE team which is the campaign vehicle of Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (OON) is made up of different pro-groups and structures with different people heading the groups. Eg, G51 Apostle, True Abians For Development (TAD) Initiative,Transformation Awareness Initiative(TAI),Student For Uche Ogah,USO Campaign Organisation,Osinulo Women,Dr. Uche Ogah Youth Forum,Abia Youth Consultative Forum(AYCF), One on One with Dr.Uche Ogah,Ambassadors for Uche Ogah,Our Man(Friends of Uche Ogah),Evangelism Team and lots more. 3) That there was no time Amb. Empire Kanu was in charge of any of these group or structures. Hence, his duty was to direct the consultations made by his Principal and also the campaign. 4) That Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah is a PDP man and has done a lot to support our dear President,Goodluck Ebele Jonathan campaign for 2015 re-election and he has also worked hard in sensitising all the pro-groups on the need to vote Dr.Goodluck Ebele Jonathan come 14th February. 5) That the whole campaign groups and structures has agreed to deliver Abia State 100% votes to Our Beloved President,Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on 14th February,but for National Assembly,Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly,we will vote the best candidates irrespective of their parties. 6) That Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (OON) will soon address Abians on the recent development. We hereby ask True Abians and USO supporters to remain resolute,steadfast,focused and prayerful for we will reclaim our mandate from the court! ABIA MUST REJOICE !
