Fifth and final day of three gratitudes. 1) Some may not agree (sokay, its my gratitudes, go get your own) but I appreciate our police. Sure there are exceptions, but even then, we are outraged and demand action; it is not the norm. I have on occasion, had to call them, and the expectation that they arrive and they are helpful, just that expectation, is comforting. Im glad there is someone to show up to domestic disputes, to deal with crazy, to deal with stuff I am not qualified for. 2) I appreciate our firefighters. That anyone is willing to show up, put their life on the line, and help in sometimes horrific tragedies, puts me in awe. 3)I appreciate our post office. Having been in parts of the world where the postal service is...not assured, I really, really appreciate ours. Netflix, ordering stuff online, even getting mail and postcards, is a wonderful thing. Okay, thats my five days. This has been kind of cool....Thanks, Catherine Trainor!
