Final day of Blessings ( public postings anyway! ,:o) 1) So happy that this amazing weather is still here & particularly for the magnificent opening of the Commonwealth games. Isnt it spectacular and moving too. Glued to it! The Queens wheels are very nice indeed. 2) Foot is on the mend at last after 8 agonising weeks & far too many painkillers & grateful to both taxi drivers for their patience & help & for carrying my handbag, no mean feat as you will know :o) & to Co op Jack for delivering my supplies today always so friendly and helpful too. Back behind the wheel tomorrow a.b. well & will take my trusty Jeep for a good spin & my camera too. 3) A lovely time in the back garden this p.m. having a bit of a tidy up, tying back etc & sorted canes to use as flagpole for my new set of flags which will be flying soon :o) Yippee !!! & a big Thank you to Tony for sorting the new mobiles & putting them on charge and texting me to tell me that Sam is coming on Friday - first time almost 2 weeks so I shall see a big change no doubt :o) A very good week and can I end by saying if anyone would like a traditional, polished wood dining table that seats. @ 6 & 10 with extra leaves extended. All very good condition as specially made covers have always been used. Free to a good home as space needed. Legs are a kind of Cabriol shape & its a lovely piece of furniture.
