Finally got my official labor kit completed and packed today. Heating pad, cylindrical water bottle (for an ice pack), Emergen-C vitamin packs, headphones, mini cell phone speakers, relaxation music downloaded on my phone as well as a contraction timer, my essential oils of Clary Sage and Lavender, a throw blanket, and my own 2 comfy pillows. Im determined to do this one with as little medical intervention as possible. If any moms out there have any other non-pharmacological methods that they used for labor I would love to hear about them!
