Finally sitting down, finished work for the day then made tomato juice/sauce (with garlic, onions and fresh oregano & basil) then while that was cooking down made a quart of elderberry juice for flu season. Hope to get out tomorrow evening and pick more, these were just from our property... Sitting here thinking "how in the heck did I ever work in the vineyards/winery all day and work in the garden and can at night?" I am beat and I sat at my desk all day at the computer no manual labor until this evening-guess this is what getting old is about.
