Finding God in All Spirituality affirms it in no uncertain terms: the Divine dwells in everything — in persons, nature, events and experiences. Though in order to truly perceive this as a reality you must walk the path of mastering your senses — and not let your senses gain mastery over you. Once this happens, your whole life changes. Your spouse, your friend, colleague, the nature that surrounds you, all become manifestations of the Divine. Experiences, which you once thought were painful and to be erased forever from your memory, become sources of experiencing peace in the certainty that the Divine was very much there. As one progresses along the spiritual path one learns to recognize and interpret just how the Divine is manifesting in the particular event, person, object, moment and to be grateful. Then an amazing transformation will take place in you and you will become more tranquil, focused and productive. Life itself becomes a celebration.
