Finished Leonard Pitts, Jr.s collection of columns from 1994-2009 Forward from this Moment. Pitts is one of my favorite columists, and the book somehow caught my eye as I passed it in the library. Really good stuff, and sometimes howlingly funny. Who would have thought that Adam Sandler movies are Gods way of telling us we should all have a library card? We dont get to see his by-line often enough in Cleveland. In particular, his opinions about race in America are well thought out and logically presented. Worthwhile going out of your way to read this book.
