Finished my taxes (YAY) and noticed a couple of things I wanted to share with you all. 1 - Coaching with Beachbody is the LONGEST I have ever held a job. I hesitated about posting that because it makes me sound a little flaky - I have only been coaching for just over two years at this point. But, like all other military spouses, we move A LOT. In 12 years of marriage, Matt and I have lived in 10 hours and had six different assignments. That kind of makes pursuing a normal career path impossible. But while coaching, I have been able to bring in a consistent income weekly for over two years - even last summer while we were moving, I was living with my parents, in the process of selling a house and waiting for the new one to be ready, with a deployed husband... I was still able to work. 2 - My yearly income for 2013 was higher than any of my previous jobs - in the past, Ive worked as a teacher, as a librarian, a bank teller, other networking marketing businesses, and even in a nursing home. I have a Masters degree. But this year, my personal income from Beachbody was higher than any of my previous jobs. When people ask me what I do, I always tell them Im a homeschool mom. In my mind, sometimes it STILL doesnt feel like I work. After all, I only work 2-4 hours a day, mainly after the kids go to bed. The majority of my life IS being a mom and a wife. But being a Networking Marketing Professional is a REAL career and Im am proud to say thats my job
