First day of chemo was a success!! They are so great, really nice at Brannon Crossings. We were actually finished quicker than we thought, I got a lot of work finished, & Robby came home with energy. One of the side effects of chemo it makes you hyper(so he didnt go to bed until 11pm and slept in till 8:30 this morning) this is a new record for him, especially in the past 2 months. lol..Hope the rest go this easily. While we were there a nice lady that was the driver for her friend who was receiving treatment came over to me & asked if I would like a care package. She had over 10 thirty one bags, stuffed full of items to carry with us back and forth each time. So, I picked a really cute bag, nothing too frilly, and Robby & I looked through it once he got out. Thanks for those wonderful people for trying to make a sad situation into one of comfort.
