First night home was a success!! Learning to take care of my dad in a whole new way, he could have easily went into a home but, he and I said No way! I was worried that I wouldnt be able to care for him but the man above has given me strenght unimaginable. We will just call it Operation cheesecake, this is why, when you want something you work toward it, and for pops the cheesecake was a reward for all he had been through. (Not eating for 3 days and a ten day hospital stay including the trip to the ICU.) Who knows where we will be in the next few months but, he will be 80 in 2 months and we are having a big party to celebrate and you all are invited!!!!!!!
