First of all, I would like to give my condolances to Steves Mother (My Mother) Diane. You treated me like I was your own child, and for that you have always had a special place in my heart and you always will. I saw first hand the love you had for Steve, and I know your in a lot of pain in this time of sorrow. I want you to know that Steve loved you more than life itself! I would like to dedicate this song from your son to you, I hope you like it. youtube/watch?v=Mb1ZvUDvLDY To steves son (Steve Jr.) your dad was always so proud of you and rightfully so, you have grown into a fine young man. I want you to know that I am very proud of you and if you ever need to talk, or have any questions about your dad feel free to call me anytime. To Steves grandmother (Granny) I cannot put into words what you meant to Steve. I know how special he was to you, and I know how heavy your heart is right now. I also know the relationship you have with God, so if anyone knows hes in a better place, it would be you. I love you, and I am so very sorry for your loss. To all my adopted Brothers and Sisters; Billy, Shannon, Jeff, Ginger, and Katicia, You not only lost a brother, but you also lost a childhood friend. I just recently Lost my sister, Tracey Green and my brother Paul Green. I know the pain all to well and the pain is real, so please know I am truly sorry for your loss. To all the family members that passed before Steve; Joe Rose Pope, Rusty Jones, David Spence, Tom Tom Spence, Jerry Spence, Bubba Pope, Ronnie Badgley and Kevin Green; let them enjoy Steve in Heaven as we enjoyed him here on Earth. To all the aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all other relatives I forgot to mention; know that Steve loved each and everyone of you. He had a special connection with each of his loved ones, and that was one of the many things that made Steve such a special person. From each and every one of us in the Green family we sincerely send our deepest condolances. I would also like to wish Tracey Greenwood, who was with Steve at the time of his passing a quick recovery. To all Steves close friends; speak his name often, reminisce about the good times, cry about the bad, and dont forget to laugh! To all my fellow GROVE RATS; where else do you find a community so rich in tradition that there is not only one, but multiple facebook groups dedicated to our past, present, and future?
