First of all, blonde? Really? Where were my friends and family on this one? When you look at this picture, you probably first notice that I look different... heavier in one compared to the other. Thats NOT what I see first. When I look at this picture, I see two different people not based on weight, but on who those two people are inside. The girl on the left is WAITING for something different to fulfill her. She is seeking out happiness in false friends like partying, food, people who tore her down. But then I see the girl on the right and I see who I am today... Someone who counts the blessings that God has given her! Someone who fills her days with meaning and purpose and dedicates her time to helping others do the same. She is healthy and FEELS beautiful on the INSIDE because she knows she is exactly where she is supposed to be! Sometimes its hard for me to look back on that older version of myself. I can remember the feelings of insecurity and lack of belief in myself. I can remember thinking that Im not worth trying to improve. Im not worth the investment of time, money or support. But Im actually THANKFUL for that time in my life! Truly. Because I went through those struggles with my confidence, careers, insecurities and my body I know how to look someone in the eye that is feeling that same pain and say, Its going to be okay. We are going to get through this together. I believe in you and you are BEAUTIFUL! Ive RESET my mind, my soul and my body. Ive learned the importance of FAITH and self awareness. Ive learned what HEALTHY really means and Im living now to help YOU to learn that, too. Why? So you can live the full life that you can hardly believe to be possible. By learning how to nurture my body, I was able to nurture other areas of my life. Tomorrow is the last day to start that ULTIMATE RESET of the body at my lower price - and I can speak from experience when I say that it was a new beginning for me! One that changed so much more than just my weight!
