Fitness Post: (seriously, im going to eventually stop apologizing for them, but i dont want people to roll their eyes at me however, you know what? it helps keep me accountable for my goals!) First week of doing less cardio (20 instead of 30 minutes) and more resistance work (3 sets instead of 2) and it was HARD YOU GUYS. I mean, exponentially harder than Id expected it to. That having been said, I made it. Not without a couple minutes of failure (Wednesday night a weird thing was going on in my head and my squat presses were suddenly emotionally impossible for a minute) but i did make it. Im frustrated with myself but proud of myself.
