Five Privileges For Muslim Ummah (3) The Messenger of Allah (سيدنا محمد ﺻﻠﯽ الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻭﺍٓﻟﮧ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ) said: “With regard to Ramadan, my Ummah has been granted five bounties which were not granted to nations before them; …. (3) Every day Jannah is (further beautified and) decorated for them and Allah the Sublime says that it is soon that My slaves will throw their (worldly) burdens off themselves and come to you (Jannah)….” [At-Targheeb wa At-Tarheeb] Such promises make one want to immediately leave behind the difficulties and toil of this world and enter the Paradise of Eternal Bliss. We are but daily wage workers in this world, carrying our loads till Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) Wills, recompensed for each day spent in His obedience insha-Allah, and quick to shrug it off and leave it behind for a better life. ________________________________________________________________
