Flexyourrights.org put out a video (mentioned in the earlier Fox interview with Judge Napolitano) listing how to best interact with the police, in a way to protect your rights. Some of the information is common sense - some not so much. Though the acting could use some improvement (fast-forward to 1:25 past the intro music), I think that this imparts some decent information to inform average citizens of their rights. Contrary to what people think, the police have an objective, and can legally lie to you to accomplish that objective. They also dont necessarily have to inform you of certain information, so it is up to YOU to make yourself aware (as well as making things easier for your legal counsel, if ever needed). I would also like to hear from my attorney friends, to find out what do they think of this, and, if they have any additional suggestions...
