Floating in the AM vs. PM: Often times we get the question as to WHEN is the best time to float AM or PM? And the answer is... BOTH! Both morning, afternoon or evening floats are all uniquely positive in there own way and for different people. Morning floats can be very meditative, grounding and peaceful. They seem to set the tone for the rest of the day. They can help someone remain calm, patient and sensitive to the people and situations which may arise. Afternoon or midday floats are great for breaking up the day, literally. Floating after an intense morning workout, or after some other activity can be very complimentary or perhaps using it as a way to re-charge before a busy night of sorts; work hard, rest hard, play hard. And in the evening, what better way to wrap up a day of events, to process what was experienced that day and to also clear through any sort of stress and tension that may have built up throughout the day.
