Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery is now pouring our 2013 - TopicsExpress

Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery is now pouring our 2013 Sangiovese at our winery in Elgin, and the wine is available for sampling and purchase at all of our tasting rooms in Bisbee, Willcox and Tucson at St. Philips Plaza. This Sangiovese wine is delicious, smooth with an essence of chocolate-covered cherries & sweet cigar-box cedar, it has a medium body that is rich & full, tasting of tart raspberries. It has a hint of oak and has been smoothed with a small addition of our Petit Verdot. The fruit was picked in September 2013 from our Block 1 vineyard in the Kansas Settlement, located about 15 miles south of Willcox, Arizona. As of 2013, all Flying Leap wines are produced using self-sourced fruit from our own Arizona vineyards. All of our fruit is carefully grown and managed, and it is 100% hand-picked & sorted by human beings - never by machine. These form a part of our commitment to produce ultra premium, hand-crafted wine for our customers, and are examples of our steadfast devotion to quality wine production.
