Folks dont you think our present predicament goes beyond this faith and religion thing? How do we explain the annual importation of $600m worth of rice, the haphazard planning of our cities and towns with too much faith and believe in religion. How do we relate the importation of almost everything we use in this country/Africa to only faith and religion? How do we explain the situation where white folks and the black folks acquire the same education and sometimes the black folks do better in the examinations but the white folks use their education to better their circumstances whilst koo darkies use their education to rather worsen the situation of their people. There is a very big difference between acquisition of knowledge and application of knowledge. This is where we black folks part company with the white folks. Prof James Dewey Watson and other scientists of like minds believe there is a difference in the intelligent levels between blacks and whites which accounts for the way we perceive and do things. Prof Watson claims that black people are less intelligent than white people and the idea that equal powers of reason were shared across racial groups is a delusion. He goes further to say that there is a natural desire that all human beings should be equal but people who have to deal with black employees find this not true He further annoys me the more by stating that western policies towards African countries were wrongly based on the assumption that black people were as clever as their white counterparts when testing suggested the contrary. As much as I disagree with Prof James Dewey Watson, what is our evidence to disprove his bogus theory. We have non other than faith, religion, sentiments, selfishness, corruption, deceit etc etc. Not quiet long the whites also looked down on the Japanese, Chinese and other Asians but the Asians took up the challenge and are now matching them boot for boot. We should also bear in mind that the Asians are more religious and more faithful in matters of the unknown but they have struck a balance between the unknown and the physical. Where do we stand Africa. ~ George Crankson
