Folks, this is the definition of a Domestic Terrorist under the Patriot Act: Under current United States law, set forth in the USA PATRIOT Act, acts of domestic terrorism are those which: (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. Change the word government to civilian and you have a perpetrator/batterer of domestic violence. Perpetrators of domestic violence are worse than terrorists from foreign nations because perpetrators of domestic violence tear away the very fabric of a free and happy society secretly from within. Question: Why arent these people terrorists under the Patriot Act? BOTTOM LINE: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH. LETS NOT SUGAR COAT IT. TERRORISTS NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE TERRORISTS AND SHOULD FALL UNDER FEDERAL JURISDICTION WHEN APPREHENDED.
