Follow-up to yesterday: 26 rounds in the gym (Club Fit) today. 15 rounds on the heavy bag, 6 rounds of pad work, 3 rounds of sparring, and 2 rounds of shadow boxing. Hell has no fury... It was work. Then lifting: biceps, back, and shoulders. To top it off I went to a class for 1 hour of hard training when I left the gym. I was physically tired but the best time to test your awareness (mental strength) is when fatigue set in. Base training is truly over. The only thing I refused to do today was cycling. Didnt feel like enjoying the rain. Well like they say tomorrow is another day. Up early for my run before work. Then back in the gym (home gym). Another class before the gym. MPS2N...
