Fooling around after my morning workout and before starting up the jacuzzi. Thanks to the fit-minded Jenna Bowne and her fun suggestions! Begin with a plank on the wall with knee raises, walk your hands backwards as you move your feet up the wall, and then come back forward with hands and down with feet. Add push ups and more knee raises. Great core and upper body workout here. Old song by Chris Brown: Wall to Wall.
