For Sale: Poppy – Registered Australian Riding Pony Mare Height: 13.2hh Age: 12 years Location: Ballarat I am sadly offering my mare for sale, due to genuine reasons. Mostly because our personality clashes and she is a little too forward moving for my liking. Nothing wrong with that, just loves to go! I have had poppy for roughly 3 years in June, and in that time we have been to several Pony Club rallies and been on the road, and jumped over little things up to around 50cm. She has the potential to go higher! Just don’t have the confidence to do that with her. She is a dream in the arena, yet out in an open paddock, she is a very forward moving horse. She needs an intermediate rider, due to her being forward moving. She is a dream for the farrier and to float. A little unsure of the Dentist, nothing dangerous just unsure. Defiantly not a marey mare at all! You never know when she is in season. Lives of a blade of grass, never have to feed her hard feed! Sad sale. Priced at $3,000, but price in negotiable home is definitely not.
