For Tissington Trail read Gold Trail! Our party of 39 came away with no less than 17 pbs - many by enourmous amounts, the Ladies Team Prize (Liane Warren, Denise Clark and Gail Wrangles), Race winner - Simon Newton, Age category winners in F40 (Liane), M60 (Martyn Stearn) and M65 (Trevor Nichol). Our more longer serving members also had success with Century/Decade pbs for Stewart Haigh and Adrian Byrom. Race conditions were perfect - so we took advantage - big style. A superb day out finished off with food, drink and a bit of banter in the Beverley Arms on our return. This year the race was also run on a Saturday due to demand. Next year there is a Saturday option also - any interest in going for the weekend again and running Saturday? 40 race places already reserved for either day!
