How can I prove my claim if I don’t have my team in place nor have the capital to get my organization up and running? Since 2001 over 4,000 people have been killed in Chicago alone due to urban violence. As you can tell from all of the news reports across the United States no black leader in America has a plan to end urban violence I do. I am not asking for any donations this is why I wrote my book to sell my information. I provide a detail road map on how my organization will end urban violence in detail. Once I generate enough capital from my book proceeds then I can jump start my business and do everything I have written to the fullest so that my creator can be glorified for given such a vision to end urban violence in America. This is much more than about me selling a book just to get my name out to the general public it’s about trying to prevent another death of a black male or female in our community. The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. I wrote this book for three reasons: one reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America. Another reason why I wrote my book is to promote my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM will be a private for profit service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our focus will be to provide goods and services to the low income African American communities and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money so that I can hire thirty people within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with my plan/vision to improve Urban America for those individuals to make themselves known to me. After my advisory board members and I conduct a background check we will then welcome those individuals on board to help us get my organization up and running in Chicago. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Once we’re established in 25 states I plans to expand my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. The objective for GRCAM is to unite our middle class brothers and sisters, our working class brothers and sisters, and our so called underclass brothers and sisters. As well as others who would like to join our organization for the betterment of our society. Under our political component we will create our own laws and push to get them on the books. We will send a constructive message to Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist that a new day has come to the hood. My book is the foundation of my organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This is my contribution back to my community and throughout the African Diaspora.
