For all the half baked antecedents . There are many youths in Plateau State that have been given a chance in life thro their degrees. Before Prof Tyoden “Jarumin Mwaghavul” and the Ukan Muta Ndiche of Enugu as VC Uni of Jos students’ intake in 2005 that was 10,567 by 2008/09 the intake doubled to 21,391 students. On August 04, 2010 Prof Sonni Tyoden “Jarumin Mwaghavul” and the Ukan Muta Ndiche of Enugu said after going round the University of Jos facilities, the stakeholders decided to come to the aid of the university with the development levy which would be paid in two instalments by students. While briefing journalists said………the N10000 development levy per student agreed to by stakeholders of the university which included parents, guardians and students. The former Chancellor University of Jos Ewi of Ado-Ekiti Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi III said Prof. Tyoden whom he worked with as Vice Chancellor is an articulate, focused and principled academician and administrator whose humility and experience will benefit the Mwaghavul chiefdom and Plateau State in general His Tribal “Miskagham Mwaghavul” lauded Professor Tyodens landmark achievements as Vice Chancellor, University of Jos. The Miskagham Mwaghavul added that the “Jarumin Mwaghavul” Prof Sonni Tyoden was carefully selected as a result of his sterling academic record a pathfinder, a strong guide and ebullient leader of Mwaghavul nation. The current VC UJ Professor Hayward Mafuyai, commended Tyoden’s tenure as VC for the unique developments brought about by “his policies in information communication and technology (ICT), gender policy, research and development vanguardngr/2010/08/unijos-vc-debunks-rumour-of-hike-in-school-fees/
