For anyone that knows me you are well aware that I speak my mind and I am truthful, yet I do it in a way that does not offend, slander or intimidate. My reputation is strong and I take pride in my ethics and integrity, if I am wrong I will admit that I am wrong and recently I have been very wrong in my judgment and allowed what I thought was a friendship to cloud my judgment. Recently there have been some postings with my name attached to them as well as a few others that are well known in our circles. There are no lies, no accusations and no calling out of any person on my part, only truth as I knew it to be or my taking the word of another. This entire issue could have and should have been resolved months ago by the original parties involved of which I was not one but volunteered to mediate an issue that in truth I was not part of and was only privy to a small amount of information and that I have given I never should have gotten involved in it at all. So while it is true that well behaved women rarely make history, I have chosen not respond to a public witch hunt that does nothing more than cause pain and strife for all parties involved. I do not and will not make a public spectacle of myself or anyone else especially those that are on the same side of the fight that I am on. You and I as well as all the other people drug into this have a job to do, it would be nice to at least work together; regardless of personal preference and feelings at this point because no matter what is said or what proof is presented by anyone your version of the truth is all you will ever see. I prefer to handle personal matters in private and in person if possible and this very well could have been handled face to face. I am sorry for anyone who was drug into, bought into or is now otherwise involved in this unfortunate incident. If you choose to end any friendships because of this post, so be it. But this Belle will ring loud and stand tall.
