For dinner, I started with a kale egg, parm and anchovies salad, a side dish if Brussel sprouts fried with walnuts and the entree is their pork chop double cut with braised kale, carrot and a sherry bacon sauce. Kristen got a side of jalapeño chorizo corn off the cob as well as Curtis. For the main dish he got red fish with chipotle bleu butter and peperonata, and Curtis got the pork butt with grilled peaches and a bacon emulsion.
