For everyone asking, my grandmother had a mild stroke Monday. When it happened, she fell and hit her head really hard on the tile floor. At the ER, they did a CT and detected a stroke. She was admitted to the stroke unit, and they did an MRI that showed the stroke more definitively. As a result, she has lost some vision, but she is coping VERY WELL. She has far exceeded the doctors expectations as to the impact the vision loss would have. Shes a good patient! We may possibly get to take her home tmw, but no one is in a hurry to rush things. She says she likes the food so well that she might just stay awhile! Lol All prayers are appreciated, as we know that the vision deficit will certainly impact her mobility. We dont want any more falls, for sure. I appreciate all of you who have been concerned, and all of your thoughts and prayers. :)
