For me its not about pretentious meals that consist of fancy incredients on what looks like a side plate. Its about cooking good food from fresh ingredients, preparing something that my family and friends will enjoy, like this time of year, something so simple as a BBQ, good wine, good food, great family and friends sat out the back garden glass in hand in the evening sun next to the log burner, surrounded by laughter, happiness, love, the children playing and music. It doesnt have to be fancy, it just has to be good enough to get people together.
