For me, nothing reminds me better to remember the true reason for the season, and not allow corporate greed and the media who takes its bribes to promote the overspending and debt that results from black friday, cyber Monday, sell out Saturday or whatever, which creates a state of stress for the average consumer trying to balance how theyre going to afford unnecessary gifts for people who would much rather said consumer just pay their past due power bill. Much like good ol Clark Griswold in this clip after he discovers his Christmas bonus, which was supposed to cover the debt he put himself in for a family pool, is actually a jelly of the month club subscription...this is what can happen if we allow materialism to get in the way of our humble enjoyment of the season. This gets funnier the older I get and the more I fall victim to this misdirected holiday demeanor
