For some reason Facebook erased my post about Cate Blancette being the best living and still acting actress, and that Meryl Streep, and especially, Julia Roberts , and Nicole Kidman, are vastly over-rated actresses! I loved 3 of many films that Cate starred in or co-starred in, and they are respectively, The Gift, The Aviator, and Elizabeth, and sequel to Elizabeth. In the Gift, Cate plays a clairvoyant of modest means in rural Louisiana that was sought out to solve brutal murders, her acting was outstanding, as usual, but her cajun accent was incredibly authentic, in Elizabeth, she plays a very realistic Queen of England, and in Aviator, Cate out does herself in playing Howard Hughes love interest, Katherine Hepburn. Cate had Katherinesaccent and manerisms down perfectly. Cate Blanchett is the absolute best current actress who still acts today!
