For some reason, when I think of a leader, I envision dominoes. When the leading domino falls, the ones following fall too--unless its not so close that it doesnt get struck. As a follower, my eye sight has to stay focused on God, not man, and in order to do that the vision line to God cant be blocked. So on the flipside, looking at it from a Sunday school teachers perspective, I say dont follow me too close because after all--Im still human, and I will fall. Were on this journey together, and if I have friends positioned side by side, when I start to fall, perhaps you can help me back up.
