For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Yearly I had to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical treat. That’s unbearable recall. But all the insupportable recall will never come again for I have got rid of it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I take yoga half an hour every day, stretching my legs and arms, turning neck, twirling waist and relaxing daily tension. I do admit that yoga have mould a new me not only on configuration but the psychology that I am more optimistic than used to.
