For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Annually I had to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical therapy. That’s insupportable recall. But all the anguished recall will never come again for I have got over it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I take yoga half an hour every day, extruding my legs and arms, turning neck, twisting waist and releasing everyday pressure. I do acknowledge that yoga have mould a new me not only on outline but the mentality that I am more optimistic than usual.
