For those of you that think people are not being cured... it is simply not true. This is a DISTRACTION. Its an ugly, scary, virus, yes, but people are being cured without a magic pill or vaccine from American pharmaceutical companies. I implore you to STOP advocating (voluntarily) for a Trojan horse type medicine that will be used to introduce God knows what into the black American population. Its foolish to believe they will, out of the kindness of their hearts (and having our complete genetic genome dna/structure easily accessible on some evil genius laptop) just come up with something that will cure Ebola only in black people. We ALL KNOW that there is more money to be made in the treatment than the cure. Think on this: Sickle Cell. It affects mainly black people and the life span of the disease is about 20/25 sometimes 30 years. You think they are going to simply put a cure in a bottle and sell it to people of African descent for $50 when they can string it out for decades?? DO YOU???? 90% of us (worldwide) arent going to have the money to pay for what they REALLY want to charge! That doesnt even make sense. Pharmaceutical companies are BUSINESSES they arent charities. Get your black brain on straight and stop fear mongering. This too will pass and when it does you will find that Pres Obama was right not to close the borders but to put the responsibility on those fat ass TSA, Customs & Immigration people getting government checks and stealing our luggage every chance they get. It is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY so make people DO THEIR JOB and seriously question travelers and test them for temperatures. ALL OF THEM, like they do here. Not just the ones from the 3 affected countries. We still took the lazy way out! People have connecting flights most of the time so its still a half assed policy but its better than what we did before, which is nothing. If a passenger has a fever or cold symptoms you put them on the next plane smoking and send them back where they came from OR put them in quarantine if they are American citizens. SIMPLE. Its not a difficult thing to do! The US Customs agent that let the first (AMERICAN CITIZEN) man in coming from Liberia was an incompetent idiot and should have been fired. The people at the hospital that turned him away, should have been fired. The people charged with training personnel that kept putting off Ebola training off and acquiring the proper protective clothing until tomorrow should have been fired. If a 3rd world country like Senegal (and all the 14 other surrounding African countries) can put personnel, money and resources into border controls, surely a 2nd world country like America can too. My point is and always has been, more people LIVE from Ebola than have died. Its not the Zombie Apocalypse - they have been drumming that stuff into our heads for the past 3/4 years and now I see why. To cause fear and panic and make people DEMAND treatment for diseases they wont get. But Im telling you, those vaccines you are demanding will give you WAY MORE than what you bargained for. Stay away from them. And stop getting flu shots too. Wake up black people, wake up! (in my Spike Lee voice!) Thanks Sister Elaine Muhammad for posting the original article.
