For those of you who cant make it, but would like to take a bit of the class home with you, Here is one of my many deadlift and row tracks from my pump class, the main muscle targets here are the Back muscles and Glutes. These are pump style deadlifts and rows, so make sure you adjust the technique for higher reps appropriately. Make sure you have warmed up appropriately before attempting this or any exercise. Please refer to disclaimer in the Video. Pointers: Keep knees tracking over toes Never bend your back, Hinge only from the hips, knees and ankles Make sure your abs are braced (pulled up and back) for the entirety of this track feet are just slightly wider than your hips Make sure when you return the bar to the hip after a deadlift or row that you reset the form. Abs in, upright, knees soft. keep the bar close to the body at all times (deadlift) The bar should touch your bellybutton and your shoulder blades should squeeze together in the row action.
