For those that are still taken aback by the rioting, it is real simple (forgive me Imani A. Muhammad).... THIS IS A NECESSARY EVIL. I liken it to when two men begin with a disagreement, which escalates to an argument where on is right and one is wrong....the one who is right will eventually get tired of attempting to communicate fairly and politely when facing a consistent barrage of insults, denials, threats and condescending comments from the one who is clearly wrong. This brings about a flash point that occurs when the communication breaks down. When ones words can no longer get the point across, and there is an obvious language barrier....IT MUST BE DRIVEN HOME IN THE LANGUAGE YOUR OPPONENT SPEAKS FOR THEM TO UNDERSTAND THE WEIGHT OF THE CONVERSATION. In this case the police speak fluent violence, hate, and fear...so I say the folks in Ferguson are simply TALKING BACK! Tell the police to speak to us how they would like to be spoken to, and all will be fine. Good day.
