We have contacted the EPA and they have confirmed that it is a type of Algae and it will break down and move away. It is not a chemical spill or any other pollutant so please do not be concerned, it looks ugly but it is natural. Thanks to all those concerned people who also reported this event and thanks to JC brought it to our attention! If you can please Share this post so other locals know what is happening.
