For those who dont know, for the past two years I have had a severe battle with psoriasis. It came out of nowhere and I was so embarrassed I never went out or did anything. I was in so much pain I went to the hospital and they put me on humira, which is a painful shot that Mindy Pfleghaar or Jenna Garnett have to stab into your leg...you get very sick and it hurts like hell. I have recently had another outbreak but DO NOT want to go back on the shots. I feel like its poison. Last night I went to sleep happy. Today, happy all day. I see a 50% clear up. Moral of the story, happiness is a cure. Be happy, spread cheer, smile...it cures more than you can even imagine! If not for you, do it for someone else. Dont worry, be happy. đ
