For those who havent read yet... I would like to share the main reason why I decided to start My name is Cassandra Botnick, your leader of the DRUG Revolution When my brother came to me and admitted he had a problem and needed help, I spent hours trying to find him a detox facility that would accept his medical insurance that had an open spot as well. When I found a place, I brought him there where he stayed for 5 days before being released by the facility. He was released on a Tuesday night and the facility made arrangements for him to go to a 31 day treatment Wednesday morning. He spent the night at home Tuesday and I could see the hope he had with his recovery. Wednesday morning when we brought him to the rehabilitation center, we were told that insurance would not cover inpatient treatment. The councilor recommended to us that we bring my brother home, LET HIM RELAPSE, and than try bringing him directly to the rehab. That was the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard. That is why I have decided to start the Drug Revolution. That is why I am being the change.
