Its because we modify it to include different East Asian Ingredients such as Hong Kong Honey Pork (chasiu), Roasted Pork(siu yuk), Cantonese sausage(lap cheng), Korean Bulgogi, Japanese Yakiniku, Chinese Five Spice Pork Belly....
