For those who wonder why someone buys steak in leu of hamburg. Look at the steak. How much fat does it have. Now look at price per pound. Now take steak home and grind into hamburg. Now take and compare ground steak to ground hamburg from store. Which one has more fat? Certain people buy better cuts of meat simply because it is healthier for them. Fat adds fat to you. which would you feed your family with? People put others down, simply because of propaganda spread by ignorance/ lack of knowledge. No, i rarely buy meat. but when i can afford it i usually buy a couple of pounds a month. I try to buy to save. My point is simply no individual should be feel guilty as to what or how they pay for their needs. So before we pass judgement on others, be sure you know their situation and finances. But if you know that, then you are way too nosy.
