Forever ago, though it feels like yesterday, my sister Summer Nation told us she was going to have a baby. Growing up your sisters are your best friends so it was hard to picture the girl I knew, as a mother or as the woman I knew was inevitable. So we waited & waited for nine whole months... Then boom. The belly became the baby we all love today. This beautiful little ray of sunshine is two years old now. I cannot begin to tell you what it feels like to miss someone like this, watching her grow up through pictures, (Though I thank the good Lord Summer posts them everyday). When you hear all those old people saying that time flies you kind of brush it off because youre young & think time moves at the pace you choose, but today I can witness to you all that time really does fly, and children really do grow up too fast. Id like to wish Madelynn a very happy second birthday, and all the kisses & glitter in the world. JoJo loves you & Im so sorry I cant come to see you. Stay licious.
