Like RIGHT NOW! :) Do as many as you can of this moving sequence for 3 minutes. 1. 5 mountain climbers (both legs equals 1 rep) 2. Split down dog into plank single leg kick (3 reps on each side) 3. Suicide plank (or hand-to-elbow plank). Modify to knees for this one if youre rockin & rollin at the hips a lot. SMILE. Youll feel better during.
