Forty four years ago today, my two biggest heros were married in Schoenschen KS. What followed that day has been a lifetime for me. Two people who have taught me, purposefully and inadvertantly, the definition and value of unconditional love, patience, accountability, perserverence, responsibility, forgiveness, faith, strength, weakness, committment, work ethic, loyalty, honesty, success, failure, fun, confidence, survival, abundance, appreciation, collaboration, goodness, will, charity, family, friends. Two singular souls who decided to go the distance for better or for worse, in sickness and in health. They arent famous, they arent on tv, but they are awesomely and perfectly imperfect really good souls. Simply put, they have built an amazing life and legacy together. If you know my parents, you understand my inexplicable gratitude. Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad. And, thank you for giving me life, family, friendship and love.
