Found out today at my Endo that 90% of diabetic amputees are from smoking cigarettes!!!!! Um no thank u I like my body parts so Im gonna quit! Its gonna suck but I like my limbs and smoking is just nasty and not cute! Aaaaand the hubs bet me I couldnt do 10 push ups.... Which I did (barely) as well as 10 sit ups to show him Im not outta shape..... Found out the next day Im hella outta shap! I was so sore! So Im gonna start working out as well, heres to a new healthier me☺️
