Fox Host Kicks Off Two Black Lawyers for Daring to Disagree With Her About Michael Brown’s Death (Video) By John Prager August 24, 2014 FOX News host Jeanine Pirro kicked two African-American lawyers off her show after they accused her of “distracting” from the death of Michael Brown, who was murdered by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, by focusing on minor details of witness accounts. On Saturday’s edition of Justice With Judge Jeanine, Pirro asked Freeman Bosley Jr., who is representing Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, if his client was sticking to his claim that Brown was shot while he had his hands up. Bosley pointed out that an independent autopsy was consistent with Johnson’s claim. “You know, there was a lot of misinformation that was put out there that might have fired up people for no reason,” Pirro asserted, neglecting to mention FOX’s push of misinformation that Officer Darren Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture. “Yeah, it’s misinformation, and you shouldn’t be running with that,” Bosley said. “Because if you take another look at the autopsy report, it shows that one of those shots could have been from the back.” Pirro repeatedly returned to questions over whether or not Michael Brown was shot with his back to the officer. “Your take on this now is that’s it’s possible that your client’s friend was shot in the back?” she asked. James Williams, also representing Johnson, said that there has been “lots of misinformation, a lot of attempts to distract from the truth.” “The truth here is that these two unarmed young men were running down the street away from a police officer, when he chased them and gunned them down,” Williams said. “He didn’t try to apprehend them without using deadly force. They were doing nothing other than walking in the middle of the street.” He added, “All this distraction about whether or not he was shot in the back or the back of the arm is of no moment, but it consistent with Dorian Johnson’s testimony.” “It is of a moment!” Pirro interjected, calling the attorney by the wrong name. “We can’t both talk at the same time. I’m asking the questions. Mr. Wilson, if you don’t want to listen to the question then there’s no point in continuing with this conversation.” “Williams is my last name,” Johnson’s attorney replied as Pirro cut off the interview.
