JOB DESCRIPTION POST TITLE : Franchise Sales Managers QUALIFICATION : Graduate / Post Graduate- Marketing EXPERIENCE : 1 to 4 years REMUNERATION : Fixed (35k to 50k) + Variable (Incentives) GENDER :- Male / Female DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Channel Development/Franchise Development. 2) Selling various brands & franchising concepts. 3) Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per their investment bandwidth, location, and work profile. 4) Working as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing an franchise agreement. 5) Arranging site visits and maintaining loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures. 6) Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required for increasing the closure probability. 7) Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both brand as well as investors. 8) Frequent participation in Exhibitions, Trade Shows etc PAN India.
