Fredericksburg City Council will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at the Gillespie County Law Enforcement Center. The city will hold public hearings on a conditional use permit for Whataburger signage and a zoning ordinance amendment to extend reduced parking provisions. Preliminary agenda items include consideration of a resolution to deny Atmos Energy’s proposed rate increase, curfew regulations, revisions to city personnel policies, the mid-year budget report, a professional services contract for the waste water treatment plant rehabilitation projects, a traffic signal located at Heritage Hill Country and U.S. Highway 290 East, appointments to the relief route task force and a mayor pro tem.
