Free money: Scholarship Opportunity- COD Automotive is hosting a conference for Auto Instructors, as part of that conference 2 of our students will be awarded $500 scholarships that can be used towards COD tuition and fees for Fall 2014. The deadline to apply is this week Friday at 2:00 PM. Eligibility Criteria: 1) Will be a student for fall 2014 semester of the Automotive program at College of DuPage 2) Have turned in the form by 2 PM, March 21, 2014. 3) Provide a one page typed essay about yourself (including financial need), your desires, and why you picked the automotive industry as your field of interest. Award Presentation The selected students will be required to attend the ICAIA conference dinner banquet on the evening of April 3rd. Students will attend the banquet free of charge. They may bring along with their parents/spouse or special guests. Parents, spouse, or guest will need to pay a fee of $15 to cover banquet expense. During the banquet, the student will be acknowledged and awarded the framed certificate. See attached form for more details!
